🍂 **Our New Autumn Menu Has Arrived!** 🍂

We’re thrilled to launch our brand-new **Autumn Menu — with a brand-new look too!** 🍽️

We’ve given you two sides to choose from, depending on what takes your fancy…

🍂 **Darryl’s Rosette Menu**
If you’re looking for something a little different, this is the side for you. Head Chef Darryl has created a selection of seasonal dishes inspired by autumn, showcasing some of the **finest local and Scottish produce**. There’s plenty to tempt you!

🔥 **Our Grill Favourites**
Prefer the classics? Our Grill side brings together some of your favourite small plates and dishes, including our **famous Ribeye** and, of course, **Fish & Chips**.

And then there’s the really difficult decision… 😋

🍰 **Dessert or Cheese?**
Finish your meal with one of our tempting homemade puddings or perhaps a selection from our cheese board.

And don’t forget… **Sunday means Roast Beef!** 🥩
Our outstanding roast beef is served **rare**, just as it should be — but if you prefer yours a little more well done, we’re more than happy to cook it your way!

Sometimes it’s the little things that really make your day ❤️

We were absolutely delighted to receive this lovely thank-you card from one of our corporate guests, who stayed with us for the past three nights.

Not only did he leave us two bags of Heroes and Cadbury’s Biscoff (which certainly didn’t last long! 😋), but he also took the time to write such a thoughtful message:

*“A wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of Scotland. You should be really proud of what you have here. Fantastic food, attention to detail throughout the hotel – thank you for a warm welcome. Look forward to my next stay.”*

It genuinely means so much to our whole team to receive feedback like this. We work hard to make sure our guests feel welcome and enjoy their time with us, so knowing that it is appreciated makes it all worthwhile.

🌿 **We’re delighted to have been awarded a Bronze Green Tourism Award!** 🌿

We’re incredibly proud to have taken this step towards making Dunmuir Hotel a more sustainable and environmentally conscious business.

There’s been plenty of work going on behind the scenes, and it’s fantastic to have that effort recognised. From looking at how we use energy and water, to reducing waste and making more responsible choices wherever we can, we’re continually looking at ways we can improve.

A huge thank you to our fantastic team for embracing the changes and helping us along the way. 💚

This Bronze Award is just the beginning, and we’re excited to continue learning, improving and working towards making an even bigger difference.

Head Chef Darryl Keillor and his team have been busy in the kitchen creating some exciting new dishes for our October menu — and we couldn’t resist giving you an early preview.

Another on of his dishes making an appearance is Where the tide turns

Beautiful ingredients, plenty of flavour and, as always, a dish we’re proud to put in front of our guests.

Another little sneak peek from the 1902 kitchen… 👨‍🍳

We’re continuing to introduce some of Darryl Keillor and his team’s new creations ahead of our October menu launch.

Next up is "The last Field " — a dish that brings together Chicken supreme with a haggis croquette / truffle swede puree finished with a braised banana shallot & wh**ky jus to create something we think you’re going to love.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes, and it’s always a great feeling when a new dish finally makes it onto the menu.

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at 1902 Bar & Grill as Head Chef Darryl Keillor and his team prepare our new menu for October.
