Running a small, independent restaurant has never been easy, but the past few years have been especially challenging. Rising costs and staffing pressures have made every day a careful balancing act. Still, we continue because of your ongoing support.

Many of you order from us through multinational delivery apps. While we’re grateful for the exposure they provide, these platforms charge large commissions on every order. Nearly a third of what you pay never reaches our kitchen, our staff, or our business.
