Rose Cottage at the Steadings nestled between Limekilns & Rosyth the perfect location for your next staycation. This is a 2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 4 and is dog friendly. The cottage has a fully enclosed large back garden to give you peace of mind that your pets are safe. We are currently working very hard in the garden, power washing and giving a first cut to the grass. This is Dubh our little helper who comes to the cottage for the treats and to enjoy the sunshine! We have very high standards of hygiene and guarantee the cottage will consistently meet our own high standards in preparation for our guests arriving. It was lovely to see blue sky and sunshine today just in time for our new guests arriving. We are excited to be able to start work in the garden, the roses are pruned back and the garden furniture is ready to enjoy sunny days at the cottage.
Rose Cottage at the Steadings is a 2 bedroom, sleeps 4, pet friendly cottage nestled between Limekilns and Rosyth. A perfect base to explore Scotland. The cottage is fully equipped, very comfortable and consistently receives 5 stars for hygiene and cleanliness.

Welcome to Rose Cottage at the Steadings. A dog friendly cosy cottage loved and run by 2 sisters Karen & Audrey and situated in the heart of Fife. A central, cosy getaway for up to 4 people which provides the perfect base for exploring all that Scotland has to offer. Our lovely cottage offers private parking, a fully enclosed garden and level access for those with mobility challenges. Perfect for a family holiday or a city break. Just 20 minutes from Edinburgh airport less than an hour to Glasgow and 30 minutes to Stirling. Situated beside the Queensferry Crossing and M50 offering direct access to Perth and the Highlands.

Karen and I have been very busy at Rose Cottage at the Steadings during January. We have replaced the bathroom with a beautiful shower room. The cottage is perfectly positioned for exploring all that Fife and Scotland has to offer. On arrival to the cottage you can sit and relax with freshly baked cupcakes by A&M Bakes, Nespresso pods/tea bags and fresh milk. We take pride in providing a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Rose Cottage is the perfect cosy location for family and friends. We are pet friendly. The cottage is situated in Fife just 25 minutes from Edinburgh. It is a central location for visiting the Christmas markets and Christmas light displays in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. We have availability with flexible check in days and short breaks.
