Brook Hill Cottage is your home from home and a perfect base for exploring the Peak District National Park and Yorkshire surroundings. Nestled in the hamlet of Carlecotes, this 4 bedroom semi-detached house is available all year around for self-catering stays and holiday lets. Having been extended and superbly renovated in 2013, Brook Hill Cottage offers bright, modern accommodation, whilst remain

ing sympathetic with the local architecture. The downstairs living area is bright and spacious, providing lounge and kitchen-diner areas which can be left open-plan or divided off with sliding doors. A state of the art biomass boiler provides heating and hot water (which is also boosted by solar heating). In addition, there is a log burning stove in the living room to ensure the cosiest of evenings. All fuel, electricity and linen are included in the price of your stay. This area of Yorkshire is full of things to do, with great walking, cycling and climbing routes, arts venues, abundant bird life, farmlands, award winning food producers and plenty of days out.
