The Lower House Rooms Our self-catering rooms have been created from the conversion of our 19th century stone-built house.

We have 7 newly refurbished rooms, which mean you don’t have to worry about the journey home to anywhere - your Donaghmore bolt-hole for the night!

Planning a STAYCATION? Would you like to visit family or friends in the area? We were due to OPEN our doors in March 2020 after a big refurbishment to welcome guests from around the world but we were stopped in our tracks. Our new WEBSITE had just gone LIVE.
In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, and in line with the latest UK Government directive, The Lower House Rooms are closed temporarily until the 20th July 2020. This date however is under review and may change in line with any further directives we receive.

We have been receiving many messages and emails about rooms/availability and rates. We are obviously delighted with all the interest.
We are working hard behind the scenes to get everything up and running to the standard we want, in order to offer a perfect experience!
Our website is almost ready to go live!! Another two weeks or so and we should be online with a lovely website and booking engine with hopefully all the information you require.....
