We're Hiring!

Spa Therapist

We are looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our busy team and deliver a high standard of treatment and customer service to our spa guests. This is a part time position 3 - 4 days per week including weekends on a rota basis.

Essential:
- An NVQ level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Experience of delivering outstanding customer service within the beauty industry.
- The ability to demonstrate your initiative and have a compassionate, intuitive, caring, and sensitive understanding of clients’ needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts on a rota basis

Desirable:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar spa environment.

This role may suit self employed, free lance therapists or students starting out on their career.

We're Hiring!
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our busy team at Kintala.

This position will be 3 days per week; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and occassional weekend cover.

Essential:
- Excellent communication skills. Experience working in a customer facing role would be beneficial.
- A high level of IT literacy, ideally experience working in a busy office environment.
- Willingness to learn and provide great customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
Desirable:
- Experience using a booking system and/or CRM
- Experience in the hospitality sector
