Our Story

For a relaxing, comfortable holiday, Ladyhill Coach House provides a convenient central base from which to explore the glorious countryside and attractions of Perthshire.

Located in the charming village of Birnam on the banks of the River Tay the cottage is a sympathetic conversion of a Victorian coach house, providing high quality self catering accommodation for up to four people. The cottage is double glazed with full gas central heating. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with a bathroom on the upper floor. The ground floor provides a comfortably furnished lounge and well equipped kitchen/diner. The garden is sheltered and secluded with a screened lawn. The patio area outside the lounge is equipped with garden furniture and the private drive has parking space for two or more cars.
