Whether you’re looking to gently stretch, improve your mobility or simply switch off and unwind, our Yoga & Breathwork classes are the perfect opportunity to slow down and find a little calm.

Join us every Wednesday & Saturday for:

🧘 Yoga – 8am
🌿 Breathwork – 6pm

From gentle stretching and mindful breathing to deep relaxation, each session is designed to help you feel better and find presence.
