My Partner and I have just returned from a lovely week, staying in An Daroch Holiday Home! From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away. The house has so much character and personal touches, that it is truly unique. Modern and bright, yet cosy and welcoming, with lots of quirky touches! The only thing you need to worry about forgetting, is your toothbrush, as the accommodation has everything you need to make your stay a home away from home. Beautiful touches such as fluffy bath robes, slippers and complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits/nibbles was a lovely treat. It is clear that so much love has gone into An Daroch!
The location is just perfect for exploring western Scotland. On the doorstep is the enchanting Pucks Glen waterfalls and fells and Loch Eck for Kayaking. Further afield, we visited Inveraray, Fort William, Glen Coe and Ostel Bay.
The views from An Daroch are stunning. From the morning sunrise over the Firth of Clyde, to the dolphins, steamer boats and changing weather. My partner said looking out of the window was like watching TV, with something different to see every five minutes!!!
