My mum makes every dog feel very special for their visit, whether they’re in for a meal, a drink, or a week in the b&b! With biscuits and cuddles galore, no pooch goes without being complimented and made a fuss of! Plus the local walkies are surely some of the most beautiful in the country!

The Royal Oak is closed for a private function tonight, celebrating the life of John Saunders on his birthday.
All of John's friends are very welcome to join us 7 - 11 pm. (Buffet provided by John's family.)

The rules have gone, but Covid sadly hasn't! We want to keep our staff, customers & guests as safe as possible.

We will be serving at the bar, but only at the screened service area. There will be no standing elsewhere at the bar.

Table service will be offered indoors & we are keeping our dog-free area for table service only, so please ask to be seated in our ''Cautious Corner' if you would feel safer.

All our waiting staff will continue to wear face masks indoors & we encourage customers to do the same.

We hope you feel safe with us & can help to keep our pub & B&B open by keeping us safe too!
