We have a beautiful, brand new for 2023 spacious luxury 8 berth ABI Coworth caravan located at plot 102, close to all of Butlins facilities, near lake, pub and shop. The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout so is cosy for the cooler months. ALL ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE INCLUDED, except for ticketed events which we can obtain for you at an additional cost.
Our caravan consists of: A bright and spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole family and a pull-out double bed, LCD TV with free view and DVD player, CD HI FI system/ radio, gas fire, storage cupboards. The large dining table has fixed seating and a movable bench.
The lovely kitchen area has a full size cooker, hob and grill, fridge with freezer section, microwave, kettle and toaster. Full set of cutlery, crockery and all kitchen utensils you will need are provided, along with large selection of pots and pans and plenty of cupboard space. An ironing board and iron and provided for your convenience.
There is a modern shower room with power shower, wash basin, mirror and W.C.
We have 3 bedrooms comprising the main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite toilet and 2 twin bedrooms, all with spacious wardrobes and shelving along with comfortable beds. We supply duvets and pillows on all beds and from 2023 all beds will be made up on arrival so you don't need to bring your own linen - although you do need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Outside: private car parking space close to caravan. wide uPVC steps to entrance. patio table and chairs on private lawned area, Our caravan is no.102 situated in nautical cove and close to the lakeside pub the highwayman and fishing lake which you are welcome to use. There is a shop within 100 metres and the main skyline pavilion and entertainment complex is approx 5-10 mins walk. we provide entertainment passes for your use so you have full access to the fun fair, splash swimming complex and all of Butlins' day time and night time entertainment (except for some ticketed events).
The beach is just outside Butlins' main entrance and has a promenade which stretches to Minehead harbour. Minehead town has many pubs, shops and restaurants and can be reached within 15-20 mins walk. the price of the holiday includes all gas and electricity along with your entertainment passes. All bed linen is included and beds will be made up for you - however you must bring your own towels and tea towels.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your holiday with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start date. The £50 is used as a security deposit for each booking against damages/breakages. This is refunded on confirmation there is no damage when the caravan is checked after your departure. For more information, prices or to book please give me a ring or e-mail me.
