Hi everyone,
My name is Jake, and I’m a fitness instructor focused on helping people stay active in a way that feels manageable, enjoyable, and sustainable.
I’ll be starting a new Monday morning Circuits class in Waternish Community Hall from the first week of June (1st), and I’d love to welcome anyone who’s looking to move a bit more, build confidence, or get back into a routine.
These sessions are designed to be friendly, relaxed, and suitable for all abilities, with a focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall fitness — without it feeling intimidating or overly intense.
Class Details:
Mondays
10:00am (45 minutes)
Starting Monday, June 1st
£8 per class (Cash, BACCS or QR code)
The first 4 weeks will run as an introductory block, giving everyone a chance to get started while allowing the sessions to be shaped around the group.
All exercises will have easier and more challenging options, so whether you’re just getting started or already fairly active, you can work at a level that suits you.
The aim is simple: keep moving, feel better, and build confidence week by week.
