It feels like the winter is well behind us so we can 'almost' promise you that you won't have snow on the beach or have to brave the ice for a swim at the front of the croft during the summer at Sonas.

We still have a little bit of capacity (May 6th to 12th), (June 5th to 8th), (July 24th to 26th), (Aug 1st to 3rd) and a few weeks in September, October.

The weather has been rough and the ferry has been off for a few days but no matter what I've yet to meet a dog that didn't love the beach. This is Reef, a short drive from the house. It's not always as quite as this, sometimes in the summer you can find yourself having to share it with one or two others.

In the summer, the Machair flowers are in full bloom. If you’ve never seen them, they’re beautiful in July and August. For the first time this year, we’re moving away from only doing Saturday to Saturday bookings (ferries can be difficult) and will accept bookings on other days (minimum 3 nights).
