What a lovely, chilled out weekend in the woods. Thank you to everyone who pitched up at woodland over the weekend.

​Friday evening was a bit windy, with everyone settled in doing their own thing while I sat by the fire.

By Saturday, the skies cleared with the stars out in full force, and the sound of owls calling into the evening really captured what camping here is all about.

​I appreciate everyone following 'leave no trace' principles, keeping the site clean, and showing respect for the woodland and fellow campers.

I completely forgot to take any photos again! If you were on site over the weekend, drop a picture of your setup in the comments.

Quiet evening at the woodland. Im open tomorrow for camping. Main parking is right by the entrance for standard 2wd cars, with 4x4 access available up the track. Message the page to book your pitch.

That was a brilliant camping weekend in the woods! It was nice to have some rain as well. (Sorry, not many photos, if you managed to take some. Drop them in the comments!)
​It was great to see familiar faces returning to the site alongside a few new visitors enjoying the woods.
Thank you to everyone who kept the area tidy and respected the leave no trace policy.

I'm open this weekend! It’s a bit damp underfoot in places, but I’ve still got plenty of dry pitches ready for your setups.

This is a brilliant palnt to know. If you're out and about hiking, walking, climbing, camping etc and end up getting a blister!
