Hi everyone, as you know before I (janair) left we all came together and raised £300 for a well deserved charity MND just a quick update I have transferred it to the charity and awaiting the certificate which as soon as I recieve I will post here ... would like to thank you all again for all the love and the support you gave me and Paul while we was there ... its not goodbye but see you later..

Would like to.say a big thank.you for all that attended the MND charity shave in memory of BILLY, DAWN'S. beloved husband yesterday, big shout out to all the guys that braved the shave STEVEN, SAM and PAUL... well done lads, not forgetting a big.shout out to LOUISE from REFLECTION SALON for agreeing to do the.honours, and.the.amazing community support

Saturday is here and this is the sporting line up kicking off with Man Utd v Spurs at 12.30, over to 6 Nations with Italy vs Scotland at 2.10pm, carrying on with the rugby England vs Wales at 4.40pm and then over to football with Newcastle vs Brentford at 5.30pm, don't forget to bring cash to sponsor the lads getting head and beard shaved for MND,
