‘The loft, St Lawrence holiday let’ is currently fully booked throughout March and the Easter holidays.
I have had lots of enquiries and we DO NOT rent this house on a long term tenancy, this is a serviced accommodation/ holiday let business ONLY.

St Lawrence is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located just a 10/15 minute drive from Durham City centre, in the most beautiful tranquil area next to Pittington hill.
The location is perfect for groups, families,couples and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short drive away. The spacious rooms inside make this property a perfect base for those visiting Durham.Internally, the accommodation is spread over 3 floors.

THE UK’S LIGHT ART BIENNIAL RETURNS, FROM THURSDAY 13 TO SATURDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2025

Lumiere has brought over 1.3 million visitors to Durham since it began in 2009 and today the biennial stands as a landmark event in the cultural calendar of the North East.

An estimated 170,000 visitors attended the iconic event in 2023. In its 9th edition, Lumiere 2025 will take place over three evenings, from Thursday to Saturday, 13-15 November. The brand new programme promises to feed the imagination with magic and joy, transforming Durham City once again into an illuminated art gallery.
