After a great August at Bryn y Bwyd I just want to remind our fabulous customers we are open until November 1st on camp and until the end of the year for the cottage.
Barmouth has lots to offer in autumn with great walks either mountain or beach, top cycle routes and a number of great pubs cafes and restaurants all within easy reach of our campsite and cottage. Either email [email protected] or call me on 01341 204220 for prices and local information.

Thanks to all of you who visited during the school break, although it was busy the atmosphere amongst you and the respect shown on our site was awesome this year so please all come back.

We’ve had a really good build up to the school break helped by some great weather as well as new and returning customers.

August particularly is filling up quickly so be sure to book as early as you can.
The best way to book is by emailing [email protected], remember to specify unit type, no. Of people, EHU requirement, pets plus arrival and departure date!!!

Camp is looking great and ready to go.
Here is just a couple of email reviews we’ve had recently and some pics of the campsite!!!

A fabulous site, great find, lovely large well appointed pitches, spotlessly clean toilet and showers, washing facility all with plenty of hot water.
Barry is very helpful with good local knowledge and information.
Great location for beaches, Barmouth town, great scenery, steam railways and not far from Snowdonia National Park with all the fabulous scenery and walking including some fascinating disused slate mines.”

“The site was very tidy and clean, lovely views and peaceful and only fifteen minute walk to the beach.
There are lots of lovely walks close by, and 5 minute walk to the pub.
The facilities were cleaned twice a day.
Warden was helpful and knowledgeable about the area and was always on hand to help and made us very welcome.
We will definitely be back next year”
