It’s a busy day here at The Red & Waterfall Apartments & Yoga Studio prepping for tonight’s Red Smoke ♨️ kicking off from 6pm onwards…

On the menu tonight we have home cut chips, cooked outside, smash burgers, home made with Billy’s mince from Dyserth Butchers Chicken wings, pulled pork, veggie burgers & dogs, sourdough roles, buttermilk chicken, fresh pineapple rings and a whole lotta BBQ Red Smoke Love ❤️🔥♨️

In the background against the sound of the waterfalls we have a live DJ in the garden and live music 🎵 🎸

Good morning from a very deliciously hot and steamy Village of Dyserth 🔥

Me and my Yoga tribe are cooling off at 6pm this evening with a transformative yoga practice at the falls 🌊

When I say ‘’transformative” its because the experience is life changing…

Practising yoga at the foot of the 70 foot falls is as life-affirming as it gets.
