A lovely family run bed and breakfast. We were welcomed immediately upon arrival and provided with information about breakfast etc. The people are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. Everything we needed in our room, especially the fresh milk for tea. The smoked salmon breakfast was excellent.

We had a great welcoming,nothing was too much trouble,lovely touch with you offering milk for teas ,the breakfast was delicious and plentiful,we found the room to be very comfortable with great en-suite

Very nice in every respect. Lovely welcoming hosts, nice comfy room, spotlessly clean and probably one of the best breakfasts in Scotland. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended
