A warm welcome from us both at Annie’s B&B and we hope you enjoy your stay here. Having tried many B&Bs over the years, we came to appreciate those with high standards of cleanliness and quality of food; however getting any room near the sea was a bit hit and miss and normally very expensive. We therefore decided that it was time to throw our own hat into the ring with a view to offering our guests quality accommodation, in a good location, at a fair price.
