Fabulous news for Perth 👏

Along with the re-opening of Perth Museum this year, it is great to see the recognition of the importance that hospitality as well as travel and tourism play in the local area.

Perth and Kinross is granted Coach Friendly status by Coach Passenger Transport (CPT) Scotland.

This demonstrates a commitment to increase the number of coach visits to increase visitor numbers to an area, supporting the local economy.

Perth and Kinross Council leader Councillor Grant Laing will be presented with a certificate by Coach Passenger Transport Scotland.

A Bay Travel coach will also be parked outside Perth Museum for the photocall.

A full press release will be issued on Wednesday 8 May.
