At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. We will not accept bookings for groups of more than 3 units (tents, mot
orhomes, caravans etc). Groups of more than 6 adults will also be refused. Late arrivals must notify the site as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to re-let your pitch. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. Units will be allocated on arrival. Please wait at the reception area for allocation. Changes to your holiday bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival. Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times in control of an adult. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ANIMAL WASTE and dispose of it in the proper bin
Motorcycles can be brought instead of the car included. Only one car/bike is to be parked on the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area away from the site and are subject to additional fees of £3 per night. The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra cost when making your booking. In the event of a complaint, please speak to management immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site. The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered. The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly. Quiet hours MUST be respected between 11 p.m. Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex. No hen/stag parties permitted
Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment and stay within your marked pitch. Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. We will provide a slab to put them on. Fi****ms are not permitted
Drones not permitted. Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit. Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m. Please inform the site on 01777 594202 while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch
Please do not touch or feed the animals on site. Also there are live electric fences around the animals - PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN & PETS AWAY FROM THESE. Heavy twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site
Visitors are not permitted on site. We are a working kennels, cattery & smallholding so you will experience some animal noises and farm machinery operations.
