Longholme Farm Campsite

Our site rules and general information are as follows: 1. We ask all guests to comply with the terms and conditions hereafter. If you or your party do not comply with the terms and conditions we may ask you to leave the site with no refund of payment. 2. Behaviour which is detrimental to another user of any site, site staff, local residents or members of the public and/or property belonging to, may result in your party being asked to leave the site without refund of payment. 3. Members are not permitted to use a site as a place of residence, work or other purpose not related to recreation. 4. If a unit is to be left unoccupied overnight the owner/manager of the site must be informed. 5. Accurate details of members and guest must be provided to the owner/manager of the site on request. 6. We have a 'pitch where you like' policy, but please ensure all tents/vans are pitched safely and at an appropriate distance, no less than 6 meters apart. 7. Your unit and ancillary parts must be of reasonable condition so as not to cause danger to any user of the site. i.e Hookup cable must be in good serviceable condition. 8. Where allowed, BBQs must be placed a safe distance from any unit. You must consult us if you are unsure as to a safe distance to maintain. 9. When booking you must provide accurate details of your unit and party. 10. We do not supply refuse storage. On leaving, you must ensure that all refuse is taken with you and disposed of correctly, especially food waste. 11. You must dispose of waste water and chemical waste in the appropriate area. Waste water or toilet waste must not be allowed to contaminate land 12. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am and due consideration should be given to families with children. 13. Camp fires are permitted. They must NOT be left unattended and should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 14. Pets must be kept under control at all times and all foul should be cleaned up immediately. 15. Children using the climbing frame/bikes/football net should be supervised at all times. 16. The on-site speed limit is 5mph. Please adhere to this at all times. 17. You will use our facilities at your own risk and Longholme Farm shall have no responsibility for loss, damage or injury in relation to use of our facilities. 18. Please adhere to the countryside code at all times during your visit. Information provided during booking must be accurate and complete. 2. A deposit payment is required to confirm bookings. 3. Deposit payment is non refundable. 4. If you wish to cancel a booking, the campsite must be informed at the earliest opportunity. 5. Where full payment has been made. To receive a refund you must cancel the booking at least 14 calendar days prior to the arrival date. The 10% deposit is non refundable and cancellations less than 14 days of arrival date will be non refundable. Please speak Steve if you have any issues, he is contactable on 07976 827318.
