Nice little self contained annex offering kitchen, bedroom with en-suite and small lounge to relax in. There is a small outdoor space and off-road parking. Space to lock larger items e.g. bike, surfboard etc. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and 2.5 miles from West Wittering. For those a little more curious, Chichester is just a 15 minutes bus ride away for the Cathedral, Goodwood festival of s

peed, Glorious Goodwood, the Chichester theatre. A little further afield is Petworh, Midhurst and Portsmouth with its famous shopping and the home of Nelson's flag ship, Victory.
