I’ve been making a truly lovely plum and berry jam this week - guests absolutely love our jams, hand made in little batches for spreading on our freshly baked bread toasted and to take home to enjoy!

Good morning from the beach just across from our front door!

When guests ask where are you situated we always say

So close to the beach you hear the pebbles crunch !

It might be a little grey out there in the sky but nevertheless it’s always beautiful here and with a cup of tea and some custard creams ( my fav !) from the handy beach kiosk - All Decked Out

It’s absolutely smashing here beside the sea 🌊

Hi everyone 🥰

We are so lucky here at Gyves House as many of our guests come and stay because they enjoy the local theatres, did you know the Hippodrome Theatre is literally minutes from our door - isn’t that fab!

Hi everyone !

It may be a tad rainy outside today and of course it’s still chilly 🥶

However today I’ve been thinking and planning the plants and flowers in our delightful guest sun terrace here at Gyves.

Guest’s love it as it opens out from our delightful breakfast room ❤️

It won’t be long until the sun shines out there and guests enjoy their morning coffee or spend a quiet afternoon reading a book out there ❤️
