Courtyard garden with side gate for push bike and free street parking for vehicle.

The house is 3 minute walk from Waitrose and local takeaways, restaurants, cafe and pubs.

Living with single mother, 2 young children.

Smoking outside, Use of all household facilities. Shared bathroom/kitchen but living/sleeping accommodation on separate floor.
