Our values in action 🌱

Earlier this year, we moved our banking over to The Co-operative Bank!

For us, sustainability is about looking at every part of our business. It is not just about reducing plastic or serving local food. It is also about where our money sleeps at night!

We chose The Co-operative Bank because they refuse to fund fossil fuels or harmful industries. 🌿

Regenerative tourism means leaving our environment better than we found it. Aligning our finances with those values was a huge step forward for us this year. 💚

Meat from our local butcher Perrys of Eccleshall ,coffee from our local roaster Courtyard Coffee Roasters and all food bought in !

All served on vintage china of course!

🏆We were proud to be awarded Staffordshire’s best B&B in 2024 and are still the current holders of this category, as it was amalgamated into the Small Serviced Accommodation category, in the subsequent years.

We have also won many other awards since, including Gold for our commitment to Regenerative Tourism, an amazing achievement for our little business!

We also maintain the highest review scores in the area!
