Rita was nominated for her incredible commitment to supporting our residents, her infectious enthusiasm, and for always going above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming home for everyone.

From learning how to greet students in their own language, to organising unforgettable events, to proudly calling our students “her children” — Rita truly puts her heart into everything she does 🫶

Hosting breakfast on Christmas Day was just one more example of her dedication to our Straits Family 🎄☕
