Bonjour Residences is a luxury accommodation provider in Edinburgh. Our mission is to provide a one of a kind experience for our guests while adding our unique French touch. The team has 28 units so far and has been experiencing tremendous growth since inception - with the objective of reaching 50 units by the end of 2021.
We are now growing our team and looking for passionate, creative people to join us on our journey. As a property operations intern you’ll be on the ground travelling between our properties and handling any simple ad-hoc tasks that emerge.
We’ll have a team of interns and when a task becomes available, you’ll be notified and have the option to accept or decline the task. This offers you the complete flexibility to choose when and how you work.
What you’ll do
- Oversee ad-hoc tasks, such as, purchasing and installing small items (e.g., lightbulbs, additional cutlery/crockery, etc.), greeting with guests, providing property access to engineers, and completing post cleaning inspections.
- Gain the opportunity to learn more about airbnb real estate investing and the on-the-ground operations required to maintain multiple properties.
- Get to tap into our network of Edinburgh’s top real estate professionals, widening your professional sphere of influence.
What you’ll have
- A mode of transport (motor vehicle, bicycle, etc.)
- Be based in Edinburgh
- Presentable, a smile through rain or shine
- Reliable, can perform tasks within a given deadline
- Responsive, flexible, communicative and resourceful
Wage: £10 per hour
Work Hours: Between 12pm - 6pm (Flexible)
Work Days: Mon-Sun (Flexible)
