Edinburgh has experienced such thick fog these past few days that it looks almost unreal...

Some big clouds. Bucketloads of rain. The Scott Monument.
Stir til ready and voila.....manky skies over a braw monument!
Here for nigh on 200 years, nigh on 200 feet high anaw and aboot 200 days of rain a year here...a lot of 200's in there :-)

What a view to take in as you leave our hotel for a night out!

...almost five years to the day since I bagged this; bolting along Princes Street to a photoshoot I was doing when I spied the last golden light on the. Castle Rock, the blossoms in full bloom - rest, is history...have a braw Friday!
