Fingal’s penthouse suite takes its name from Skerryvore, one of Scotland’s most iconic Stevenson lighthouses, standing proudly amid the wild waters off Tiree in the Inner Hebrides.

Guests booking the Skerryvore Suite will be welcomed with a bottle of Tyree Gin, accompanied by fresh ice, elegant glassware and juicy grapefruit slices for the perfect serve.

HOW TO SERVE
- Fill glass with plenty of ice.
- Pour 25 ml of gin over the ice.
