✨ Today I celebrate 5 years with Archibald Hotel Collection! ✨
So, a little bit about me, the one you don’t see! 👀
I manage two high end boutique townhouse hotels in Edinburgh, and because we are key coded and very high tech, I’m actually the face you don’t see, the one behind the scenes making sure everything keeps ticking along, along with my amazing housekeeping teams. ❤️
Every single day brings something different, and usually a problem that needs solving, good job I’m a pretty good problem solver! 😂
You really do need complete dedication for this job, as the hours can be all over the place and you have to be available throughout the waking day. Some days are a struggle, I won’t lie, but I always seem to find a way through whatever is thrown at me, and having the support of my two amazing hotel teams makes such a difference.
I’m honestly so proud that our reviews are outstanding, and when I get a little personal mention from a guest, that really does make my heart sing. 🥰 It might seem like a small thing, but those comments mean so much to me.
So, here I am, saying hello to everyone who has visited us over the last 5 years, and to all those who are still to visit, I’ll continue to do my very best to look after you and make sure you have the best stay possible. ❤️
