Built in 1860, this detached Victorian house was once an elegant family home situated in the heart of Scotland’s historic Capital. A mere 10 minutes from both the City Centre and the Leith Shore area – which boasts a mixture of both cosy and trendy bars and restaurants – we offer the perfect base from which to explore the Capital, whether your visit is on a business or pleasure basis.

This warm and welcoming 3-Star establishment boasts a selection of Double, Twin, Triple, Family and Large Family rooms, enabling us to accommodate all manner of people – from single travellers and couples to families and larger groups. All rooms are, naturally, en suite and also boast flat-screen Freeview TVs, free WiFi access and tea and coffee-making facilities. All our rooms are also non-smoking, offering maximum comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for all. Some also afford views over Links Park – once a Championship Golf Course back in the 15th Century – situated directly opposite the hotel.
