Nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Canonmills, Beaverbank offers clean rooms filled with natural light and stylish furnishings. It is a 10-minute wal
k from the east end of Prince Street and a 25-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. There is a free shuttle service every hour from 11am to 10pm to George Square (the center of the festival). For those travelling by car, parking is available in an indoor garage for £5 a day. All of the rooms are ensuite (private bathroom for each room) with ¾ double beds and electronic door locks. Each flat has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and a large living room. Building amenities include a public roof terrace, coin-operated laundry, and bicycle storage. Free internet is available in each room, but please note that it is wired (ethernet cords are provided). There is 24-hour reception, and check-out time is 10am. You can cancel your reservation without penalty 7 days in advance, but please note that any booking deposits through third-party websites are non-refundable. Linens are provided for free, and towel rentals are available for £5. Storage lockers are available, but please remember to bring your own lock.
