Kingsley Guest House Friendly, family-run guest house, close to the centre of Edinburgh. Our house is our home and we would like you to make it yours during your stay here.

We currently have five letting rooms and can accommodate singles, couples and families, prices from £40 per night. We offer a freshly cooked traditional Scottish style breakfast using local produce where possible, in addition to a cold buffet selection with fruit juice, tea and coffee. For guests leaving very early in the morning we can provide a cold breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Pac

ked lunches are also available on request. There is free on street parking – always a space – but we are only 1.5 miles from the city centre (reached easily by the numerous different bus services stopping only 25m from our front door).

Lord Archibald of Traprain - Archie to his friends - has sadly checked out for the last time at age 14.5yrs. For all his friends who met him at Kingsley Guest House - Archie sadly lost a very short battle with bone cancer in his leg on 21st November 2017. He was one in a million - never to be forgotten. For all you dog lovers out there - you know how it feels there is nothing more to say .................................. Goodnight Arch ###x
