Property Rentals, Holiday Lets, Short Term Accommodation. We look after guests and accommodation for the Edinburgh Festivals, as well as year round short lets.

Rettie Short Lets (formerly Edinburgh Festival Rentals) was established in 2006 and provides accommodation for industry professionals for the Edinburgh Festivals. We offer Landlords a fully managed or booking only service, to suit their needs. Outwith the festivals, we also look after year round short term accommodation. This can be from one week up to several months. Please do get in touch to discuss your requirements.
