We are starting new week with some great feedback about our F&B team members SEAN and MIGUEL! Well done guys and everyone else of course!

"Stayed for one night on 17/3/16. Stayed in a lovely twin room with my daughter, extremely clean and welcoming with all mod cons. We went into the Brasserie for something to eat and two of the staff in particular were great in there. Sean and Miguel, nothing was too much trouble and sooo customer focused. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and good. Thank you Braid Hills we will be back soon"

“My husband and I have just returned from a 3 day stay at the Braid Hills Hotel and would like to say how pleased we were with every aspect of our experience. We had the warmest of welcomes from Grainne on reception and the charm and efficiency of the restaurant staff was greatly appreciated.
