Welcome to our lovely cottage in the small fishing village of Hopeman on the Moray Firth, which is well placed for many activities including several golf courses, the Whisky Trail, and The Highlands Welcome to our lovely cottage in the small fishing village of Hopeman on the Moray Firth, which is well placed for many activities including several golf courses, the Whisky Trail, and the Highlands. he Cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom which has views over the Moray Firth, while the other has 2 single beds. The local pub is across the road, fish and chip shop at the end of the street,(25 meters) with the local store and cafe beside it. Slightly further down the Rd is a Chemist, hotel and Chinese takeaway. Slightly further down the main St (Harbour St) is the harbour with its colourful fishing boats and access to the wonderful beaches. The Cottage is unsuitable for those with mobility issues as there are several steps to the cottage.

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty and Simon and the effort they went to to make us feel welcome was unmatched for us. We had impeccable, top-restaurant-worthy dinners in the evenings with beautiful wine and a gorgeous view to boot.

Thankyou La Marmita Fuengirola for another amazingly fabulous meal.
As part of the meal we had the pleasure of enjoying this fabulous dessert.
It was worth going just for that alone.
Sorry we were enjoying the food and company so much we forgot to take pictures!

Hi folks.
We are really excited to introduce Whiteleaf Cottage to the holiday market.
It's a lovely, cosy cottage complete with free view tv and full Internet access. The harbour and beach are just a 5 minute walk away while the cliffs and caves are slightly further away but still an easy few minutes walk.
There is also a golf course in the village with several others locally in Lossiemouth and Elgin.
There is a direct bus route into the main town, Elgin, which has links to Inverness and Aberdeen.
Aberdeen Airport is 1 hour away by car.
