We had the pleasure of hosting a lovely hen party at The Old Warehouse this week, and it reminded us why groups keep choosing us for their celebrations.

A real treat this week to welcome seven friends from Essex, a brilliant group of cyclists who chose The Old Warehouse as their Ely base. They made full use of our secure bike store, set off on the beautiful, flat Fenland routes by day, and came back to a comfortable apartment in the heart of Ely each evening.

Cyclists and walkers love it here, and it is easy to see why. Ely sits right on National Cycle Route 11 and the Great Ouse riverside paths, with quiet country lanes, the Lodes Way, Wicken Fen and a gentle ride down to Cambridge all on the doorstep.
