All my working life has culminated in this. 'All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them'. Fermanagh, offering vintage comfort and quality. 400 thread count bed linen and feather duvets ensure a cosy night's sleep. There are Amazon Dots in the bedrooms for music and a Tassimo drinks machine with a selection of beverages. There are no TV's in the bedrooms, but a lounge with

a TV, DVD player, films, books and games along with a log burner, exclusively for guests' relaxation. Friendly, well behaved, house trained pets are welcome in both the main house and Cottage but must not be left unattended at any time. A dog groomer can be booked locally if required. A Full Irish breakfast, using locally sourced ingredients is included in the room rate. I will be offering a pre-ordered dinner option, details of which will be updated in the services tab on the home page. You are also welcome to bring local take away dinners for consumption in the evening if you prefer. Families and groups are welcome in the self catering cottage on the property. The accommodation consists of a kingsize bedroom, a twin bedroom with 2 additional trundle beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a shower room and a full bath room. A full kitchen woth dishwasher and enough equipment to satify a full house! There are also laundry facilities available. OUtside there is a secure area for bikes and fishing gear. If you wish to place an on line grocery order for delivery prior to your stay, this can be arranged for you. Roseville House is on the edge of Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh. 8 miles to the hostoric island town of Enniskillen, 18m to the shopping centres in Omagh. Easy walking distance to a plethoria of independant shops, coffee shops, take aays, pubs and entertainment. The annual Lady of the Lake Festival is on our doorstep and there is much fun had over the 9 days of festivities. Fabulous local countryside walks and historical exhibitions very close to the accommodations. Just 4 miles to Lower lough Erne and all that it offers; kayaking, boating, fishing, history and lough side walks. World class golfing amenitites within a half hour drive. An abundance of equestrian facilities locally. Under an hour to Donegal's stunning scenery and beaches along the Wild Atlantic Way. Fermanagh is definitely a place to find yourself and soothe your soul. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home. Roseville House is on the edge of Irvinestown in Co. Fermangh, a short walk to the town centre and a plethora of independant shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment
