Here is our why. 🥐✨🍓

When we started Finn Lough in 2013, we did the traditional breakfast for a long time. It always felt a bit rushed, and a bit chaotic. Like we were pulling people out of their peace just to sit them at a table.

So we tried something different: bringing breakfast to them. Letting people wake up in their own time, enjoying the morning light, hearing the forest waking up around them. Maybe even venturing for a sauna and swim before tucking in.

We keep it simple with Irish yoghurt, local cheeses, fresh baked bread, granola, the good stuff to start the day.

We want to know, breakfast in bed or sit-down, which do you prefer?

There is a real difference when food comes straight from the ground to the plate and we wanted our guests to feel that.🍽️🌱

We`re pretty tucked away out here, so if we really wanted to bring the seasons to our menu we had to grow it ourselves, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

The polytunnel has become a bit of a ritual, picking what's ready, smelling what's coming and watching it all come together in the kitchen. No dig, no chemicals, just honest food that takes like Finn Lough.🪏

We invite you to come and see what's growing and maybe pick up a bag of produce on your way out to take a little taste home. ✨
