Many people in Evanton and beyond enjoy access to Novar Estate via the wind farm road. Those people may also have experienced the challenge of fly-tipping that we all share. It is unsightly and has an impact on the environment and wildlife.
A barrier has been installed at the bottom of the wind farm road to help prevent further fly-tipping and other unauthorised access. It will not prevent access on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback.
The barrier is expected to become operational within the next few weeks.
