Tucked away in the trees at the top of our farm, in its own private garden for total peace

Complete with log-fired hot tub which we light before your arrival to make sure it’s toasty and warm - no waiting to hop in and enjoy

The Gypsy Wagon sleeps two on a luxury memory foam bed inside our fully refurbished, hand painted bow-top gypsy caravan

Lie back and enjoy the birds in the trees, and cuddle with the goats who love nothing more than snoozing next to the gardens to make sure guests have plenty of company

And just opposite is the main attraction, our beautiful pet Highland Cattle. You can add a ‘Meet & Greet’ with them to your stay if you’d like, just message us when booking

Complete with undercover BBQ area and kitchenette, indoor dining space and a fully-plumbed en suite

✨ MEET YOUR HOSTS ✨
We’re Cat & Andy, husband and wife team who run everything here at the Ginger Cow, now with our lovely new addition, making us a team of three (though apparently babies can’t make beds so we’re patiently waiting) 💕

It’s just us here… no big team, no reception, no staff. Just us. We’ve opened up our home and tried to create a beautiful rural retreat for guests to come and enjoy the magic and peace that we get to enjoy every day here.

We’ve made the lovely little farm here at the Ginger Cow our home for the last 8 years. We’ll personally welcome you and help get you settled in for your stay and we’re always on had if you need anything, but we like to keep out of the way during your visit unless you need us so that you can make the most of the peace and privacy.

As well as the three of us, you’re also bound to meet our other four-legged family members
✨Ginge the cat, who takes his job of welcoming anyone without dogs very seriously
✨Bracken, Bramble & Berry our 3 young goats who will entertain you with their antics and follow you about like very cuddly puppies
✨Our Valais Blacknose sheep, known as the friendliest sheep in the word, for good reason!
✨And the main attraction, our beautiful pet Highland Cattle who are never far away

You’re welcome to add a ‘Meet & Greet’ with our Highlands to your stay where you can get to know them up close and find out all about their different personalities - just pop us a message when booking so we can get it in the diary.

We’re not a working farm, so all the animals here are pets and part of the family. And if you’re wanting to visit with four-legged friends of your own, we love to host your full family in our shepherds hut too 🐾
