Always lovely to see the deer at nearby Broadway Tower!

Have you seen any of our new additions? Calves have started to be born. They do not join the herd straight away so you may see a calf in a hiding place.
If you stumble across a newborn deer hidden in the grass or undergrowth on your visit:

- Move away immediately
- Do not be tempted to touch the calf or pick it up (your scent may stop the mother from returning to feed her baby)
- If you have a dog, please keep it away from the deer and on a lead under complete control

The calf hasn’t been abandoned, their mothers will not be far away.
