Important Traffic Notice…!!!!

If any of our guests are travelling to us in the next day or so from the West or heading South via Salisbury, please check your route.

There was a large fire in the New Forest on the A31 last night and it is still causing major travel disruption. All major routes have been affected so please check online for regular updates and drive safely 🙏🏻

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Guests

We are looking forward to greeting you this weekend however we have an important announcement about this coming weekend.

Due to the extremely dry conditions across the UK and in particular at our campsite, we have been advised by our local Fire Marshall that ALL naked flames including Fire pits & Charcoal BBQ’s should not be permitted for the foreseeable future.

Although this is regrettable, our primary concern is risk to life and the local habitation/wildlife. Therefore, under no circumstances can guests have any form of campfire or coal BBQ’s until further notice.

You may ONLY use gas powered BBQ’s and cookers that MUST stand a minimum of 18 inches from the ground and they must NEVER be left unattended.

With such potential risks, if any guest is found to be ignoring this announcement, it will result in an immediate eviction from the campsite.

We apologise for the serious tone however we are sure than all of our guests can understand the possible dangers and risk.
