Now a 6 bedroom Bed and Breakfast Guest House, located just off the main A30 dual carriageway in Exeter, it provides excellent links to the West Country, and activities including walking, cycling, horse riding and fly-fish

ing. Plus being only minutes from the main route has easy access to or from Exeter City Centre, Okehampton, Dartmoor National Park and Cornwall.
