Baby Loss Awareness Week culminates with the global “Wave of Light” on 15th October, a globally recognised event🌹

Join us and other families across the world by lighting a candle at 7pm this evening to burn for at least one hour to remember all babies that have gone too soon ⭐️

A delayed Tuesday’s Top Tip 😁….

What does your baby love to watch and what gets them excited in the world around them? 😍 If you observe your little one closely you’ll see, just like us grown ups, there are some things they are more drawn to than others.

🤩 If they’re excited by something, they’ll be more motivated to use the sign - so introduce signs for those things into your baby signing early on as well as the signs that are most useful to you.😁

Using the signs, words, and of course the funny noises they may make, for animals 🐶🐷🦁🦆🐴, vehicles 🚙🚲✈️🚂 and people 👵👦👨‍🦳👶 can often really engage your baby and give them the tools to tell you what they love. 🥰

💛💙Today marks the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week 🕯️ 💙💛

Baby Loss Awareness Week runs annually during 9 – 15 October to raise awareness of baby loss and the support available.

Everyone grieves differently, so bereavement support looks different for everyone. At The Lullaby Trust, they will meet you where you’re at and support you in the ways you need. Whether it’s a phone call, message or email, they are with you in grief, always.
