HELLO EVERYONE! So sorry we have been so quiet recently: we have been arranging some cultural shifts among our little family - keep posted for updates from all over the globe. We do not have any new projects as a company presently but our individual members do have a lot of collaborations and research going on so do keep a look out for updates of forthcoming shows and events. Thank you for your continued support - The Team @ Baram x

Many thanks to all who came and supported us at The Bike Shed Theatre last week. Huge thanks to those who provided us with feedback. It is immensely helpful for us and we will gladly take it all on board.

For those who saw either or both shows and would like to provide feedback (or more feedback), please (PLEASE!) do by sending us a private FB message or e-mail using the contacts on our website www.baramtheatre.com.

We would like to emphasise how important and helpful this is for us to grow and improve as a company.

Thanks again for all the support.

On the evening of Friday the 18th January, 2013, we invite you to attend an evening of postdramatic pleasure at The Bikeshed Theatre, Exeter! At 7:30pm we will perform Sarah Kane's 'CRAVE', known to us as "a psychophysical opera without music'. Influenced by the Buddhist concept Taṇhā (translated as thirst) and fresh from Baram's recent Lithuanian tour - CRAVE is a must see!

Shortly after we will present '4wALLs' both written and performed by our actor and writer, Laura Height. Under the direction of Conor O'Grady, this piece is a response to Kane's honesty through brutality - an equally dark and light juxtaposition of performance poetry and stand up comedy resulting in...you decide.

We hope to see you there and please stay for a drink afterwards and talk to the actors, writers and directors.
