Devon Cliffs Private Caravan Hire - Juniper Close

We are selling our 2012 Swift Bordeaux caravan sited on the 5* Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, which will accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It features full wraparound decking with a lockable gate, a sea view, and a private driveway alongside which will easily accommodate 2 cars. It also benefits from piped gas so no need to keep replacing gas bottles. It is fully double glazed and central heated throughout.
The lounge area has 2 freestanding sofas, one of which is a pull out double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, an electric fire for extra heating, front opening double doors which lead straight onto the decking, and a coffee table with integrated stools.
The kitchen area has both overhead and floor standing cupboards, dishwasher, gas oven with grill and extractor fan, a dining table with 4 chairs, and an integrated 3/4 fridge freezer.
The main bedroom is extremely spacious and incorporates a king size bed, lots of storage space, including a double wardrobe, overhead bed cupboards, bedside cabinets, dressing table with vanity mirror and drawers, a full height storage unit with shelves, and will easily accommodate a Travel Cot which is included in the inventory. There is also an en suite bathroom with toilet and wash basin.
The 2nd bedroom comprises of 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed if required. Wardrobe, overhead storage, and a bedside cabinet.
The main bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, shower cubicle and a storage unit with a vanity mirror and shaver charging points.
Decking furniture is included in the sale, as is the two storage boxes, one of which is on the decking which houses the decking furniture cushions, and one at the exterior of the caravan which houses extra outside seating,BBQ, and beach toys.
The price for this caravan is £14k, the site fees for 2026 were £9,985, and these are increased yearly. It includes a full inventory, and any extra home comforts being provided for guests by current owners if required. The pitch is on the highly sought after Juniper Close, and is a 5 mins walk to the main complex and all amenities. The current season is from March 1st to November 30th, but there is an option available for you to extend this period to 3rd January so that you can enjoy Xmas and New Year at the site, but this incurs an extra yearly cost. This will be discussed at the time of purchase if you wish to extend. There is no age limit to the sited caravans. They can remain on the site as long as they are maintained to a satisfactory standard. The caravan will be ready to handover to new purchasers mid October.

Looks like the sun will be shining down on Devon Cliffs this May Bank Holiday weekend. Book your Bank Holiday break with us now to enjoy sunshine, fresh air and lovely sea views. Pop into Exmouth for a walk around the beautiful town. Enjoy a lovely meal in the outside garden at the Clinton Arms (dog friendly), just down the hill from the site. Have a drive or catch the bus into Dawlish and go to G**s Creamery for one of their famous Ice Cream cones, and enjoy it whilst sitting alongside the stream watching the black swans and their new cygnets having a swim. Also get yourselves a Cream Tea whilst you are there to enjoy on the decking of the caravan on your return, watching the sunset over the estuary.

Some not so good news to share with you. Haven, in their infinite wisdom, have now decided not to open the Swimming Pools on Mondays and Fridays during Off Peak Dates. There will also be no daytime entertainment either. This is absolutely disgraceful, especially with how expensive the Play Passes are at the moment. We are all emailing Haven Head Office to voice our complaints that this is happening. Below are the Peak Dates so you can see if this will impact on your holiday booking.
