Modern, newly created annex attached characterful Victorian main house. Plenty of secure parking on the gravel drive. Private patio with summer chairs, fire pit and BBQ / smoker. Inside there is a bright comfortable lounge / kitchen / diner on the ground floor with a large shower room and two good size bedrooms on the first floor. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom can be configured with a double or twin beds. (Please advise the configuration you require)
Huge modern shower fed from combi so unlimited high pressure hot water on demand. Newly created with new furniture, beds, bedding and towels etc etc (Feb 2017). Stair gates, high chairs, child locks on kitchen..(please advise if you need these setting up)
Home delivery from Tesco, Waitrose or Coop. Beach front deli 0.5m walk

The Avenues is a posh area of Exmouth elevated from the town at the west end of the beach. Getting around:
Walking is the big thing here but there are regular bus services, a new, fun road train, an open top bus and great links to the cycle path to Lympstone, Topsham and Exeter
